style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\">El proyecto tiene como propuesta realizar un dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de un secador hibrido de f\u00e1cil adaptaci\u00f3n y replicaci\u00f3n a nivel regional con la finalidad de generar un producto de calidad a partir de un secado adecuado del cacao fino de aroma y CC51 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\">en los sectores rurales del cant\u00f3n ejecuci\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1026860 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1026860\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La primera fase se realizara la valoraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica del proceso productivo cosecha y pos-cosecha del cacao, valoraci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda y an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9rmico del secador, an\u00e1lisis de los par\u00e1metros \u00f3rgano el\u00e9ctricos de la pepa de cacao CC51 y cacao fino de aroma , evaluaci\u00f3n del recurso renovables (Biomasa, solar, geotermia) del cant\u00f3n Naranjal y Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar .<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La segunda fase consta del an\u00e1lisis, dise\u00f1o y adaptaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica del secador hibrido para continuar con la construcci\u00f3n, pruebas experimentales del secador y costo de operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En su tercera fase, se realizar\u00e1 la transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica del prototipo a la comunidad a trav\u00e9s de capacitaciones y formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph sector cacaotero que involucra en mejorar la calidad del producto final de la pepa de cacao fino de aroma y CCN51. Adem\u00e1s se obtiene la curva caracter\u00edstica de secado del cacao a trav\u00e9s del proceso de deshidrataci\u00f3n del producto;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>En comparaci\u00f3n con el proceso de secado tradicional de la pepa del cacao,\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\">se reduce el consumo de energ\u00eda en un 30%<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\">\u00a0por medio del desarrollo y aplicaci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas h\u00edbridas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Todo lo desallorado contribuye de manera importante en el desarrollo y afianzamiento de la sostenibilidad energ\u00e9tica, as\u00ed como la innovaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica dentro de los procesos productivos a nivel
